Follow our chef and our experts in a trip along the wines routes, explore a romantic land with breathtaking panoramic views, between Siena and Florence, a charming countryside painted with medieval villages and woods. Every farm and Chianti restaurant differs from the other for its products with its specific organoleptic properties. Our villa is proud to tell you its history through its own bottles, perfect in combination with seasoned cheeses, excellent with the classic Florentine steak.
A glass of our Chianti reflects the peculiarities of the lands surrounding our ancient historic residence, ideal as an aperitif for an enticing evening, for the first toast with your friends during a wedding, or for a meditation occasion in front of the fireplace in winter, when it’s dark and cold.
Each tasting takes place in the family cellar dating back to the 1500, where the atmosphere itself tells the story of our productions, including the harvest and the work of ageing in oak barrels or bottles (from 10 to 30 participants). In addition, we are sure you will appreciate the opportunity to join the cooking classes, alongside the chef Saverio and Filippo, who will teach you to reproduce and decorate the masterpieces of Tuscan cuisine (from 10 to 25 aspiring chefs ).
